Encouraged by the success of J.P Doyle’s,  The Celtic Corner opened in March of 2001 in Dobbs Ferry, New York.  The Celtic, rumored to have been a speakeasy once owned by notorious mobster Dutch Schultz, underwent a complete renovation and was transformed into a true Irish pub.  Although the trap door behind the bar no longer functions as a clandestine exit and a secret password is not required at the front door, visitors to The Celtic Corner still enjoy the fun-loving spirit of the pub's storied past.  Our brass accented bar, pot belly stove and cozy booths offer the perfect setting to enjoy a drink and try our upscale pub fare and delicious daily lunch and dinner specials.

The Celtic Corner is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week and offers free daytime local delivery service.  The food we serve, while simple, is prepared extraordinarily well and is very reasonably priced.  Our regular menu includes a variety of popular pub dishes as well as some very creative upscale fare.  On Sunday we serve a delicious and affordable brunch from noon until 3:00pm featuring "Make -Your - Own" Omelets, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Maryland, Steak and Eggs and "Liberty" Toast.  Brunch includes coffee or tea, assorted rolls and your choice of 2 Bloody Marys, 2 Mimosas or 2 Pints of domestic draft beer.

The Celtic Corner has 8 high definition televisions that air the hottest local and national sporting events, including the complete NFL Football Package on Direct T.V. as well as the Major League Baseball package on Cablevision.
